iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Ripped Flex issue

I asked myself; “what are the common issues with LCDs I test?”, and the one issue that comes to my mind first is how common is a ripped flex with iPhone 7 and 7 Plus LCDs. Usually when LCDs are tested most on them are lifted straight up after they have been tested in LCD Buyback; those LCDs include iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, and 6 Plus. When the new iPhone 7 began to come in our stores to get tested, we were so used to lifting the LCD straight off, that many Flex’s did get ripped. However with time we changed our ways, and got used to the new way of taking care while lifting an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus LCD because of the flex being so delicate and ripping completely if you do not take really good care.

There are still many people who have not gotten used to this, which is completely normal, as it does take time. This post is to explain to you how important taking care of the flex is, as it can change the LCD grade from an A straight to a D Grade LCD. This is when the LCDs 3D Touch does not work, which is an important feature of the phone.
